Join Jamie in his boxing journey!
Jamie ‘the Jawbreaker’ Greene (the name he has chosen) is a 28 year old man who has Downs Syndrome , Perthes disease(a condition of the hip ) and other conditions effecting his spinal area. He has to wear special orthapedic shoes to get his legs to equal length.
Anyone who knows Jamie will tell you what a kind loving soul he is . Always has a bright outlook on life regardless of what cards he is dealt. From a heart attack scare few years ago, his hip condition, stress fractures and having downs syndrome, you will never see a happier face.
Join Jamie in his boxing journey where he will train from now up to April where he will take on his first ever exhibition bout! He will be training 121 coaching sessions and 2 group classes a week in preparation for April and will train to a strong standard where physically possible. Any parts of training he can not do for health reasons he will train a different area to compensate
As Jamie uses several very worthy local charities himself the money raised will go to areas that Jamie uses and chooses to donate to in the local community …. 100% of the money is going to fantastic charities.

The evening of Thursday 19 April, 2018 is set to be the biggest of the year for football fans, as Jamie Carragher will be joined by sporting friends, for The Ladder 23 Night, a charity night of celebration, fine food and football.
Organised on behalf of The Fire Fighters Charity and The JamieCarragher Foundation, the one off star-studded event will takeplace at the Titanic Hotel, Liverpool.
Set to be a highlight of 2018, The Fire Fighters Charity’s 75thanniversary year, the evening will also encompass a Blitz theme,honouring the Charity’s formation during the Blitz and the factthat the Titanic hotel took a direct hit from a German bomb.
Dress code – not black tie, smart dress, suits
Tickets for The Ladder 23 Night are as follows:-
GOLD – £250 (per ticket)

Dear all
We had the pleasure of meeting with Jack age 6 and grandad Ronnie yesterday. Jack had his first visit to Anfield to watch Liverpool beat Hoffenheim 4:2 in hospitality. Please join us in wishing Jack all the best with his treatment, the chemo has been very intense. He is a lovely lad and is currently beating treated for clear cell sarcoma. It was great to meet with you both and we hope to welcome you again to Anfield for a match soon.

It was a great pleasure meeting with our new CEO Peter Moore. Peter is a scouser and very passionate about his beloved Liverpool FC!
Peter has the best office view with that amazing Liver building as the backdrop! The squad signed 1965 FA Cup Final shirt is in memory of his late father.
