The 23 Foundation were delighted to support the Pied Piper Appeal in Gloucestershire by donating a framed piece of Champions League Final memorabilia signed by Alexander Arnold, Robertson & Henderson.
The auction was a huge success raising close to £16,500 for this amazing charity, who help sick and disabled children in Gloucestershire by donating hundreds of thousands of pounds for good causes every year.
We were delighted to help by supporting this auction and we wish the Pied Piper Appeal every success for the future.
The 20/21 Liverpool FC fixtures have been released and there are some crackers with Leeds being our first game of the season, Chelsea and Arsenal very early on and Manchester City away an early game too.
Here are two awesome facts about the new Nike Liverpool 20/21 kits …
Fact 1: The kit is the most eco friendly kit ever …. being made using recycled plastic bottles.
Fact 2: The new away shirts are cut from a larger piece of fabric to stop excess wastage which means that every shirt has it’s own unique pattern – with no two being 100% the same.
I know I know ….. these facts make us a bit geeky ….. but we love them!
Kenny Dalglish joined Liverpool from Scottish giants Celtic on 10 August 1977 for a club and British record fee of £440,000. He was brought in as a direct replacement for star forward Kevin Keegan, who had left the club to join Hamburg.
43 years ago today King Kenny signed for Liverpool FC and I am sure nobody expected him to have such a huge impact on the club making him a true legend both on and off the pitch.
Thank you King Kenny for all you have done and continue to do for Liverpool FC.
